From 6 a.m. to midnight, please visit the reception. In French and English, you'll find helpful advice and answers to all your questions. We can also provide restaurant recommendations and make reservations.

We offer a small concierge service as well as a luggage storage service. For an additional fee, you can use a laundry and dry cleaning service. Finally, you can make photocopies.

On request, at reception

At reception, we can provide you with a wide range of amenities: toiletries, shower cap, shaving kit, comb, dental kit, feminine protection, sewing kit, sponge and polishing towel, shoehorn, umbrella, etc.

We can also lend you an iron and ironing board.

Our establishment does not have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. Our team is trained to welcome people with disabilities. For people with hearing impairments, we provide a mobile induction loop.
