A team at your service

From 6 a.m. to midnight, please visit the reception. In French and English, you'll find helpful advice and answers to all your questions. We can also provide restaurant recommendations and make reservations.

We offer a small concierge service as well as a luggage storage service. For an additional fee, you can use a laundry and dry cleaning service. Finally, you can make photocopies.

On request, at reception

At reception, we can provide you with a wide range of amenities: toiletries, shower cap, shaving kit, comb, dental kit, feminine protection, sewing kit, sponge and polishing towel, shoehorn, umbrella, etc.

We can also lend you an iron and ironing board.

Coming soon: Duquesne Parking: Summer 2026, a covered parking garage will open just steps from the hotel, featuring charging stations for electric cars, spaces for bicycles and motorcycles.

At the train station, you will have the option of using a bicycle storage facility.
Bicycle storage is available at the hotel by reservation, subject to availability.

Our establishment does not have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. Our team is trained to welcome people with disabilities. For people with hearing impairments, we provide a mobile induction loop.

We also implement several measures to facilitate the stay of people with visual impairments: key cards with tactile markers, television remote control with large buttons and contrasting colors, telephone with large buttons, alarm clock with light or vibrating alarm, contrasting stair risers and nosings.
